I got wrong size

Everything look perfect, stitches, leather and wool quality.
But there is one problem, I order Medium, which's shoulder is 18.5". The one I receive is Medium size, but shoulder is 19.5" or 20 ". Look like the tailor use wrong label ( M ) on the XL or XXL jacket.
After I wear it, jackets shoulder is dropped two inches below each of my actual shoulder.

Amazing jacket! Beautiful/soft leather.

I originally purchased it without realizing that the length was a few inches shorter than my torso. Given that MadeNCraft states clearly that there's no exchanges, I thought I was out of luck.

However, I spoke to the merchant, and they were super nice about it. I shipped it back to them, and they were kind enough to send me the jacket with a longer torso.

I'm super pleased with MadeNCraft, and I'm planning on getting their lambskin jacket as well.

Please, please, please double check the measurements before ordering. I'm lucky that they were nice enough to send me another one after I paid for shipping back, but I definitely people who read this review will be mindful of this because I'm sure they lost money on fixing the issue I had.
